Is this a kind of “filibuster”?
Hello Mixi-boy! I don’t think it’s a filibuster. He isn’t trying to delay someone else’s bill. He really does want to get the President impeached. Unfortunately noone else agrees with him. He is a “lone wolf” in that respect.
